Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Code Mimo API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Code Mimo API provides backend infrastructure for Google API integration, including OAuth 2.0 authentication flows, token management, and data pipeline services. The Service acts as an intermediary layer between your application and Google APIs.

3. Eligibility and Access

The Service is not publicly available. Access is granted on an invite-only basis to authorized partners, developers, and internal applications. You may not share your credentials or grant third parties access to the Service through your account.

4. Authentication and Credentials

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API credentials.
  2. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials.
  3. We reserve the right to revoke credentials at any time for violations of these Terms.
  4. OAuth tokens issued through the Service are subject to Google's own terms and expiration policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  3. Exceed reasonable request rate limits or intentionally overload the Service.
  4. Use the Service to access Google user data without proper authorization and consent.
  5. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
  6. Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or content.

6. Google API Compliance

Your use of Google APIs through this Service is subject to the Google API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You must comply with all applicable Google policies, including limitations on data usage, caching, and retention.

7. Data Handling

  1. The Service processes authentication tokens and API requests on your behalf.
  2. We do not persistently store OAuth tokens beyond the duration required for request processing.
  3. You retain ownership of any data transmitted through the Service.
  4. We may retain anonymized request logs for operational and security purposes.

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

9. Rate Limits

The Service enforces rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability. Specific limits are communicated at the time of credential issuance. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of access.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Code Mimo. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Mimo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code Mimo, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Andorra.
